These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the bdjel platform ("Site" or "Platform"). bdjel is an online gaming service provider that offers slots, live casino, fishing games and cricket betting for users in Bangladesh.

• bdjel may request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, etc.) to verify a user's age at any time.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• If an account is created with a false age, all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

bdjel provides transaction facilities through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• After claiming a bonus, the original deposited amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

bdjel regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. bdjel reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

All games available on bdjel are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules and it is the user's responsibility to understand those rules before playing.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
• If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, the bet for that game will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, bdjel's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
• Betting limits are set separately for each game and are subject to change.
• In sports betting, any match bet may be cancelled before the event result is announced if unusual circumstances arise.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If these rules are violated, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Strategically placing bets to circumvent bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to disrupt the system using hacking, viruses or other harmful technology.
• Gaming using automated software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting any technical error in the system. Funds associated with such incidents will be forfeited.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding another user.

The bdjel platform provides services on an "As-Is" basis and will not be held liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment platforms.
• Loss caused by natural disasters, government directives or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Loss caused by the user's own carelessness in leaking their password or account information.
• A user's expectations regarding game outcomes not being met.

In any circumstance, bdjel's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question. bdjel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

bdjel may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

9.1 Account Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time through the support team. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you will need to submit a request.
